How much oxalate is in your meal?
Describe a dish or paste a recipe. The decoder finds each food, reads the amount if you give one, and adds up the oxalate against the 50 or 100 mg a day stone clinics aim for. Nothing you type leaves this page.
How it works
Each food uses the middle published value on its page, scaled to the amount you typed. A starred portion (*) is one standard serving, used where the meal gave no amount. Named dishes like "spinach salad with strawberries and almonds" use the recipe on their dish page. Words it can't match are listed, not guessed. For a whole day, use the oxalate calculator.
An estimate from typical portions, not medical advice.
